Regulations for Ph.D. Programme in Public Policy

The National Law School of India University at Bangalore was established under the National Law School of India University act (Karnataka Act 22 of 1986). The Act was notified in the official Gazette August 29, 1987. The Act is the basic governing document for the University and all persons associated with it.

The University is governed by its General Council, Executive Council, Academic Council and Finance Committee.
