Assistant Professor (Ad.Hoc)
B.A.LL.B (Hons), Institute of Law, Jiwaji University, Gwalior (2009); LL.M (Business Law), National Law School of India University, Bangalore (2013); Pursuing Ph. D. under Prof. T.S. Somashekar (Associate Professor of Economics) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
Immediately after his graduation, he has worked as an Advocate in High Court of Madhya Pradesh, bench at Gwalior for two years. Later after completing LL.M (Business Law) from NLSIU he joined as an Assistant Professor of Law at KIIT School of Law, KIIT University Bhubaneshwar. He joined Law School as a Research Associate in October, 2013 in the project titled “Capacity Building Initiative in the Competition Area under Trade Development Programme” sponsored by European Union. Presently he is working as Assistant Professor of Law engaged in teaching Civil Procedures and Drafting of Pleadings and Conveyancing for Under- Graduate Students. He is also engaged in teaching Post Graduate Students for courses like Competition Law, Financial Market Regulations and Investment Law at NLSIU.
He is an Editor of Journal of Law and Public Policy published by Distance Education Department, NLSIU. He has presented papers at various national and international conferences on issues relating to Competition Law. His articles are published in Journals, Edited books and Magazines. He has been awarded with CCI-IICA Fellowship for the Antitrust Summer School jointly organised by CCI and IICA in 2014.
His areas of interest are Competition Law, Securities and Investment Law and Law relating to Civil Procedures.
